Location: Intensive Care Unit, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for protecting, promoting, and optimizing health and abilities, preventing illness and injury, and alleviating suffering through diagnosis and treatment, as well as advocacy for individuals and families. The RN must comply with all standards of practice and professional development according to the New York State Nurse Practice Act, UHS policies, ANA standards, and ethical codes.

Compensation & Benefits

The full-time base pay range is $80,640.00 to $114,400.00. The position includes competitive benefits, PTO, and retirement plans with employer matching. Experienced RNs may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Education and Experience

1. Minimum Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
2. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, prior clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.

Licensing and Certification

1. Minimum Required: Current NYS RN License or valid NYS Limited Permit as a GN.
2. Preferred: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC).
