Job Description
Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of organisational policies and procedures as well as finance laws and regulations
Assisting with budget preparation and management
Analysing financial trends and providing forecast reports
Communicating financial insights to senior management
Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
Collaborating with auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date
Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors and solicitors
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Analyst should have:
Previous exposure within a Finance Analyst role
ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or QBE
Food Manufacturing experience would be hugely advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and financial software applications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to present financial information in an understandable manner
