Role Overview

As a Kitchen Operations Leader, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and support team members' professional growth.
