The Role

As a Mobile Engineering Lead, you will lead a team to develop a new SDK that enables the business to extend their award-winning experiences to more brands and fans.

You will be at an early stage of building this product, requiring a strong engineer to lead the team and architect the build. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of iOS, Android, and JavaScript (preferably all three). You will participate in technical discussions, architect the SDK, and work within agile processes, ensuring high-quality documentation and best practices.

Additionally, you will work on the product side, defining the product roadmap in collaboration with the CPO and representing the team to internal and external stakeholders.

You will also have the opportunity to recruit new team members, identify hiring gaps, and participate in interviews.

About You

You should be a passionate technologist with experience as a developer in iOS, Android, or JavaScript. You should enjoy building innovative products and managing teams to deliver projects on time. Excellent communication skills are essential to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This role offers a salary of up to £70,000 - £90,000, plus health insurance and gym membership. The position is fully remote with a 4-5 day workweek.
