WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

Acting as the Lead for the end to end go to market process with close links to brand, design, development & supply planning teams you will build, own and update the end-to-end critical path for the Endura brand. You will also work closely with other partners in the Cycle/Outdoor group to align between brand in the cycle/outdoor group.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Go To Market Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Design bespoke elements to enable delivery of multiple agile projects within the critical path.
  • Ensuring critical path actions & owners are clearly understood across our Endura matrix teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring the matrix team delivers to plan.
  • You will be the go-to person facilitating critical path related forums to ensure we have the right teams in the room driving swift & clear decision-making along our critical path journey.
  • Create, own, update and plan the overall Endura critical path across the processes, systems and people right concept creation, launch & sell-in to successful on-time real activation in-store.
  • Design bespoke critical paths feeding into the overall workplan. Deliver agile projects against multiple timelines, optimising speed to market across our different processes New Product Innovation, New Product Development, SMU Toolbox and Core.
  • Own and chair regular cross-functional meetings, managing all relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of all elements of each critical path.
  • Ensure all paths & projects are managed in a consistent and visible way, ensuring progress across all parts of the critical path are transparent, shared and understood with clear accountability & ownership throughout.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to understand, champion & align our business to the specific critical path requirements of our key retail partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, forums and meetings against key stage gates, closely managing critical path implementation & ensuring we see effective contribution from all functional stakeholders, with a strong focus on customer & consumer inputs.
  • Deliver clear, consolidated & action-focused outputs from each session to relevant teams.
  • Ensure the critical path & key inputs are aligned to business calendars, directional & market plan timings, ensuring link ups where appropriate.
  • Support the definition and tracking of key critical path KPI's and deliverables.
  • Own the measurement & reporting of these metrics, capturing lessons learned to drive continual improvement of the approach to critical path management, adapting new ways of working as required.
