Qualifications

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team at Mersey Care. You will play a key role in assessing and delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions to support recovery and independence in mental health or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop personalised care plans
2. Deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional recovery
3. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
4. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement

Key Requirements:
