This pub has recently been refurbished and has a great outdoor space too. Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer?

The Area:

The Railway is located in the heart of the community of Lye, on a busy main road close to great transport links. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets, and mixed housing.

The Offer:

Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food & drinks offer. The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 44% of the pub's total sales.
