We use quality ingredients from approved suppliers and source locally whenever possible. We also listen to you and encourage sharing ideas for menu additions through our Chef Forums.

We’re a busy Club, open 7 days a week. At times, you may be rushed off your feet. As part of a wider team, you should never feel isolated. We need Chefs who are up for the challenge and can help us deliver great food consistently throughout the seasons.

What are we looking for in our Chefs?

A self-motivated Chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food and works collaboratively with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure high standards by following company specifications and procedures. We want you to be eager to learn, making use of all training and development tools available to help you flourish.
