Team

This role will be to work as part of the AI Business Solutions group and join our fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for transforming the way Chubb operates globally and deliver meaningful business impact across the value chain.

The AI Korean Localization Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that AI systems are adapted to and optimized for the Korean market to ensure successful implementation and adoption in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for localizing AI systems into Korean to ensure that they are customized to Korean culture, language and region.
  • Assist in translating content in various formats, including digital and print media, audio and video media, and other communication channels from Korean into English.
  • Test AI systems throughout their development cycles to ensure robustness, accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness in the context of Korean language.
  • Identify gaps or errors in the AI language model for the Korean language and collaborate with developers to implement updates that improve accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with developers and testers to optimise Korean language data and training data.
  • Build and maintain terminology databases and glossaries for AI systems for Korean language.
  • Provide feedback on areas for improvements in the Korean language data and training data for AI systems.
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience in localization and internationalization of software products, preferably AI systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the Korean language, culture, and market context.
  • Fluency in Korean and English required.
