As the Leadership Development Curriculum Manager at Reckitt, you will play a critical role in contributing to the company’s global leadership & talent development strategy, programme development, roll out and evaluation. You'll work with the Head of Leadership Development to create innovative and impactful leadership development interventions that enhance leaders’ skills and support the execution of the business strategy. Your responsibilities will also involve designing and facilitating talent development programmes. Both of these core activities will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and within HR to identify development requirements and align expectations.
