Job description

Job Title: Mobile Mechanic – Day and Night Shift roles available

Location: Covering the Leicester and surrounding area

Our client is expanding their mobility service and is looking for additional Mobile Mechanics / Vehicle Technicians to join their dynamic team!

With both Day Shift and Night Shift roles available, now is the perfect time to elevate your career.

Day Shift Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 (DOE) + fully expensed company van + time saved bonus. OTE £40k - £45k

Night Shift Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 + fully expensed company van + time saved bonus. OTE £43k - £48k

Roles are Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday in 4 paid as overtime.

Your Role as Mobile Mechanic / Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance on cars and delivery vans
• Provide technical advice and excellent customer care
• Follow legislation, company, manufacturer, and supplier protocols
• Engage in continuous learning and development

Requirements:

• Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent)
• Strong organisational skills for managing processes and paperwork
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues and junior team members
• Valid full driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points for at least six months
• Proof of the right to work in the UK
