The Person Appointed Would Be Expected To

• Support the College SENCO to strategically lead the support for Level 3 students with SEND and help them reach their full potential.
• Assist the SENCO in raising standards of attainment and achievement for Level 3 students.
• Lead on daily operational duties for the ALS team.
• Liaise with external agencies to support students with SEND.
• Deputise for the College SENCO when necessary.
• Work with the College SENCO to support the re-integration of Level 3 students experiencing school refusal or lesson avoidance.

Salary Information

Point 18 to 19 - £34,033 to £36,283 per annum (payable £28,011.98 to £29,863.29 depending on experience)
