Responsibilities:
Support individuals with physical disabilities, autism, ADHD, complex communication needs, and other learning disabilities.
Facilitate mainstream activities within both the day centre and wider community.
Deliver 1:1 and small group support, creating fun and stimulating environments tailored to service users' needs.
Experience working in SEN or supported living environments.
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to update).
Relevant certifications including:
Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children
Understanding Learning Disabilities
Autism Awareness
GCSE English & Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent)
