Team Leader - DX Operations

Leading by example, the team leader will provide first-line management to staff within the DX operation. The role requires the ability to supervise team members, identify training needs, and support the shift manager in running the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Shift Manager in achieving operational productivity and KPI targets by communicating key performance targets to staff.
  2. Lead resources to meet productivity targets and foster positive working relationships to develop staff skills.
  3. Oversee induction and training of new staff, ensuring ongoing operational training for all.
  4. Support a high standard of health and safety within the site.
  5. Encourage a positive working environment that delivers excellent customer service and maximizes revenue.
Additional Information

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred. However, attitude is essential, and full training will be provided for the right candidate.
