Overview of the Role
As a Product Marketing Lead, you will drive marketing strategies and execution for key products and initiatives. Leveraging user insights and market analysis, you’ll define user journeys, shape go-to-market plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product adoption, user engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in partnership with product, sales, and marketing leadership.
- User Research & Insights: Lead research initiatives to gather actionable user insights and inform marketing and product decisions.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Create and implement go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy.
- Lifecycle & Engagement Marketing: Define user journeys and engagement strategies to drive activation, retention, and satisfaction.
- Campaign & Program Management: Manage medium-to-large scale marketing campaigns and evaluate performance metrics for optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Influence and communicate with senior stakeholders; manage competing priorities effectively.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, promote an inclusive work environment, and model Google’s core values.
- Brand Integrity & Communication: Ensure all marketing efforts align with Google’s brand standards and voice.
