Role and Responsibilities
  1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
  2. Monitor student progress, maintain records of assessment outcomes and targets, and support students in achieving their full potential.
  3. Contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in teaching.
  5. Set homework regularly to consolidate learning and encourage responsibility.
  6. Track student achievement and take appropriate actions on outcomes.
  7. Model professional conduct and personal presentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
  • Proven experience teaching English at secondary or higher education levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
