The Position:

In response to our expanding business and heightened customer demands, we are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team at Heathrow. Your role will be pivotal in managing stock and ensuring the efficient supply of equipment to meet customer demands. Join our team and make a significant impact in warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
  1. Handle various warehouse operations including stockroom management, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
  2. Ensure smooth material movement and accurate computer transactions.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy through proactive cycle counts and reconciliation.
  4. Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  5. Assist in different warehouse areas as needed.
  6. Manage annual Cycle Count activities, reconciliation, and reporting.
  7. Package products according to specifications before shipping.
  8. Prepare and process daily correspondence and product requests.
  9. Facilitate product pick-ups and manage internal and customer repairs.
  10. Maintain inventory records and incoming product documentation.
  11. Handle miscellaneous purchase orders with accuracy.
  12. Keep the work area neat and organized.
  13. Perform various duties as requested by management, demonstrating adaptability.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Background in customer service and customer excellence.
  • Experience handling high-volume or critical customer requests.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or demand management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Basic math skills for task accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer operation.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

What We Offer:
