Location: Aldershot
Hours: 38.75 hours per week (Monday-Friday, optional 1-day WFH after probation)

Our client is a well-established company looking to expand and is seeking a dynamic Trainee Sales Executive. The role focuses on generating revenue from local businesses, with the opportunity for creativity and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  2. Win new business and maintain/develop existing relationships
  3. Make quality sales calls and schedule face-to-face meetings
  4. Build relationships with Marketing Managers and local business owners
  5. Actively participate in sales meetings and team activities
  6. Ensure smooth collaboration with internal departments and adhere to administrative procedures
  7. Represent the company professionally

Skills & Attributes:

  1. Highly motivated, proactive, and sales-driven
  2. Strong communication skills (telephone and face-to-face)
  3. Interest in media, marketing, and communications
  4. Confident, personable, and organised
  5. Able to excel in both generating new business opportunities and effectively managing client accounts
  6. Sales experience preferred but not essential
