About the role

Within this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters including:

1. Arbitration and mediation
2. Commercial contract issues including technology, outsourcing and supply chain disputes
3. Contentious probate
4. Corporate disputes including claims following acquisitions and between shareholders
5. Defamation
6. Franchising and licensing disputes
7. Injunctive relief
8. Intellectual property infringements
9. Judicial review
10. Professional and other negligence
11. Public procurement

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-6 years PQE within Commercial Litigation, is able to work well under pressure and is looking to make a name for themselves at a well-respected legal practice.
