We have an opening for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great work ethic. Previous experience in home sales is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently.
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs.
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met.
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations.
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about selling.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus.
  • Ability to develop rapport with clients and easily build relationships to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan commission
