Are you an HR generalist looking for an opportunity to be part of a supportive team?

We have the exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our client, a Charity in Gateshead.

The role offers a varied workload in a ‘real’ generalist capacity and you must have a strong ER caseload background.

You will be responsible for:
  • Employee Relations across the business UK wide
  • Supporting existing employees, handling their people-related requests.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor.
  • Supporting with projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and quality of their HR services.
What do we need?

Ideally you will be at least CIPD level 5 qualified and have worked in a fast-paced team environment.
