DATA / CYBER SNR ASSOCIATE c.4-6pqe TECH CLIENT BASE

Our client, a leading City and international firm with a strong tech client base, is looking to bring in a senior Data and Cyber / AI Lawyer. They are seeking a 4-6 PQE lawyer with experience advising on EU and UK digital regulation, specifically from the data, privacy, and AI side.

The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy laws, as well as all other areas of new digital regulation and cybersecurity matters, to a diverse clientele including multinational corporations, technology, digital media, life sciences companies, and financial institutions. This role often involves addressing cutting-edge questions on how to launch new services against a background of regulatory uncertainty.

For this role, you will need to have gained experience advising on all aspects of the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and be familiar with digital and data regulation more generally. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the impact of AI on individuals and how it will transform businesses. To be considered, you should be working in a similar capacity at a leading City or large regional practice.
