Job description

Logistics Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen from a growing company based in Andover to join their Logistics team. They are looking for an experienced Logistics Planner on a permanent basis.

They offer fantastic benefits including:

  3. Fully equipped kitchen
  4. £30,000 per annum
  5. Monday to Friday 09.30 - 19.30

You will help support the running of the Logistics department by:

  1. Communicating with drivers throughout the day to ensure deliveries are running smoothly
  2. Liaising with the sales team on all aspects of deliveries and updates
  3. Preparing daily routing schedules, checking weights, dates, and special requirements
  4. Organising collection from suppliers and customer sites

About you

  1. Experience in team management activities (advantageous)
  2. Experience in direct customer service and contact
  3. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
  4. Good knowledge of creating and maintaining spreadsheets within Excel
