What the role entails?

• As a Commis Chef, you will play an integral role in supporting the kitchen and ensuring operations run smoothly.
• You will work closely with senior chefs to understand different roles & stations within the kitchen.
• You will learn all areas of the kitchen, from setup to food preparation and final clean down.
• You need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of the wider team, taking ownership of your area, tracking orders and ticket times, and working with the main kitchen team to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• You may be asked to support any section in the kitchen based on business needs; a good understanding of our menu and confidence to assist in any area are essential.
