The Supplier Development Manager will lead a small team that is focused on supplier development and performance. Complete technical analytical assessments and reports to identify supplier quality &/or performance issues within current supply base as well as evaluation of potential future suppliers. Work on-site with suppliers to enhance their productivity and efficiency. Evaluate engineering design producibility as well as design to cost to drive drawing changes that will aid in a supplier's capabilities to perform and reduce cost. Work closely with strategic sourcing and procurement as well as DAA's business unit's Materials, Engineering and Manufacturing organizations. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800 - 188,300 + 20% bonus. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
