Responsible for welcoming and greeting all guests. Building your own DND network and keeping contact with regular guests. Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone. Positive attitude and aim to provide effective communication skills. Setting up events and executing them. Organizing training for your team. Capable of conducting interviews and appraisals. Contributing to the management team. Final responsibility for all bookings, reservations, and complaints.
