Field Sales Manager

Reporting to: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Maidstone, South East

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Base Salary: £35,000

Uncapped monthly commission (Realistic OTE £70,000)

£250 a month car allowance

Business travel paid

The Job:
  1. Leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
  2. Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs, in line with the business goals
  3. Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area, to ensure your team achieve these KPIs
  4. Recruit a quality team, capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
  5. Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget. Always thinking of ways to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
  6. Coach and manage your team to sell full fibre broadband, and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
  7. Review your team performance daily, coaching to ensure they maximise sales
  8. Ability to close sales via door-to-door selling
The Essentials:
  1. A full UK driving license
  2. Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
  3. Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
  4. Minimum 1 year sales experience
  5. Evidence of coaching and performance management
