Location: Home Counties & London (Remote – Van-Based)

Are you an experienced spray painter looking for a long-term role with stability, support, and variety? Our client is currently seeking individuals who pride themselves on delivering top-quality finishes and exceptional service.

What We Offer:

Permanent position (PAYE basis only)

Work remotely out of a van (provided), unless on large corporate jobs

All tools provided: van, fuel card, and uniforms

Full training given – no M&E spray experience required

What You'll Be Doing:

Residential and commercial spray painting across the Home Counties: Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, and Surrey

Occasional work in London for corporate clients

Representing the business with professionalism – appearance, communication, and cleanliness are key

Requirements:

Experience in spray painting (any background considered)

Aged 25 or over (insurance and experience purposes)

Professional appearance and tidy work habits – you’ll often deal directly with homeowners and business clients

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset – a good personality is vital
