Job Title: Senior Surveyor - Associate Director - Commercial Valuation
Location: Leeds (with potential flexibility for Manchester)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (plus car allowance of £4,500, discretionary bonus, healthcare, and pension)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Surveyor/Associate Director to join a profitable business centre and a growing team in the Northern Region (Leeds/Manchester). This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified professionals through to experienced Surveyors, with the chance to be part of a highly successful and expanding commercial valuation team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sector focus: Specialise in commercial valuations - office, industrial, and retail properties.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships, generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner of Valuations in Leeds, and other senior members of the team across the Northern region.
4. Geographical Focus: Valuations will span across the northern region.
5. Mentoring (applies to senior candidates only): Provide guidance and support to junior members, including placement students and graduates.

Skills and Experience:

1. Newly qualified or experienced valuation Surveyors with commercial valuation experience, ideally with exposure to office, industrial, or retail properties.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in delivering accurate valuations.
3. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
4. Strong client-facing skills, with the potential to generate business if desired.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
