Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

Demonstrable experience of:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installation, break/fix issues for customer solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field or Senior Engineers to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing daily open incidents in your region and managing your workflow to close them efficiently.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
