Job Details

Providing primary, secondary, and special school meals to 56 schools across the county borough, Catering Services have a variety of opportunities for you to work as a General Kitchen Assistant. The role involves assisting in the preparation, presentation, and service of school meals, ensuring a safe and clean environment for pupils and staff. Responsibilities include laying out dining tables and chairs, and operating a touch screen terminal (training provided).

This role requires covering at schools across the County Borough and having a Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate; training will be provided if necessary. Working hours will be between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.
