Job DescriptionResponsible for the administration of the short-term rental fleet which incorporates dealing with rental enquiries from customers and sales team, locating and selecting suitable trucks, raising rental agreements, daily invoicing and credits, using Baan software to process orders and maintain fleet status, and using other reporting methods to provide information to monitor UK rental KPIs.
To focus on the day-to-day administration of the Short-Term Rental Fleet. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, hold good communication skills, work to a high standard, and be able to work to timescales as required.
Essential Skills: | Excellent customer service and administration skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Ability to work on their own initiative. Organised team player who can work under pressure in order to meet day-to-day demands of the position. High numeracy and accuracy skills. Attention to detail. |
Desirable Skills: | Experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Fork lift truck licence. |
Hours of Work: | Monday to Thursday – 08:00am to 4:30pm (with 1 hour unpaid for lunch) |
Salary: | Dependent on experience |
Holidays: | 25 days holiday. |
