Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence & Supervisory experience
• Own transport & Full UK Driving Licence
• Proven experience as Security Officer & Supervisor

Salary and Benefits:

• £13.68 per hour plus a welcome bonus
• 28 Days Holidays
• Welcome bonuses of £250 or £500 depending on licences held

Responsibilities:

• Support the core team in security duties across shift patterns
• Act as Shift Supervisor during absences
• Conduct patrols, maintain safety, and complete reports
• Handle difficult situations professionally
• Various tasks including patrols, gate duties, vehicle searches

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with legal guidelines and report writing
• Excellent surveillance skills
• Flexible and available at short notice
