This role operates an onsite campus arrangement that will require travel to our Nottingham Campus (5 days per week). Due to the nature of the role evenings and weekends maybe required). This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Travel to other campuses maybe necessary but the primary base is Nottingham Campus.

About the Opportunity:

As we prepare to open our doors to a BRAND NEW CAMPUS in Nottingham City Centre opening September 2025.

We are looking for a Campus Manager, responsible for all campus operations and providing a first-class student experience in the heart of Nottingham.

You will :

• Lead the launch of a new flagship campus from day one!
• Manage onsite facilities and ensure operational excellence through the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring academic and support services meet regulatory requirements and Arden's values
• Lead and manage our Student Hub Team, the central point of contact for students at our brand new campus.
• Engage and motivate students and staff, ensuring their voices are heard
• Create meaningful and memorable student experiences

About You:

Essential requirements:

• You will be able to use your own initiative and judgement so that business and student decisions are managed effectively.
• You will have a strong awareness of the developments in the higher education sector and the external professional environment to achieve your potential in this role.
• Degree or extensive relevant experience
• Strong team management, coaching, and performance development skills
• Experience in running educational facilities and student services
• Ability to analyse and develop solutions to operational challenges
• Strong planning, project management, and resource allocation abilities
• Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Focus on delivering a high-quality student experience
• Experience in budget monitoring and resource planning
• Understanding of relevant policies and regulatory frameworks

Desirable requirements:

• Background in higher education or a student-facing environment running a centre or campus style operation
• Experience planning large events or student engagement activities
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and codes of practice in HE
• Passion for improving student outcomes through operational excellence
