An established industry player is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in supporting adults with learning disabilities. This role focuses on delivering essential front-line services, enabling individuals to lead independent lives through personal care and various activities. You will be working in a collaborative environment, assisting service users with their needs, including therapeutic activities and community participation. Based at Rosehill Resource Centre, Forties Road, Montrose.
This is a fixed workstyle position.
Most of your time will be dedicated to delivering front-line services. Depending on your role, there may be a requirement to access a specific council location during the workweek if you are not delivering services at a council site.
You will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including those with complex disabilities, to live independent lives. Your responsibilities include supporting individuals with personal care, eating, and drinking.
You will also assist service users with various activities identified through assessed needs, such as rebound therapy, adapted bikes, hydrotherapy, swimming, and participation in community groups and in-house activities.

You must be able to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
