About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday


Shift Pattern: 08:00 to 17:00


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations and budgets for contract management and customer relations, leading a team to deliver sprinkler engineering contracts.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to service, design, and project teams.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Deliver contracts based on advanced technical engineering standards and solutions.
  • Support compliance processes to meet relevant standards, working with QHSE and internal teams.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and collaboration.
  • Leverage relationships to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Establish performance management procedures with clear targets and reporting.


Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in the UK sprinkler industry, with knowledge of LPS 1048 and LPCB basic design certification.
  • Possession of LPCB intermediate & FHC certifications.
  • Degree qualification or extensive senior management experience.
  • Knowledge of critical environment infrastructure, capital projects, and energy management.
  • Strong commercial and financial skills.
  • Decisive and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent management and communication skills for working with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with good time management and leadership skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Note: Security clearance may be required.
