Employer description:
Carbon Energy Savings is a fast-growing Solar & Renewable Sales business based in Drumchapel. Established for a couple of years, we are expanding rapidly and building a motivated team from diverse backgrounds. We work hard and celebrate success with weekly, quarterly, and annual events.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, experienced & organised Digital Support Apprentice to join our growing team.

The role involves:

  • Providing 1st line support to the office and customers.
  • Confirming solar orders with clients via telephone and following up as needed.
  • Becoming an expert in Zoho (CRM system) for logging client information and jobs.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to create quotations on our app and CRM.
  • Regularly reporting data and sales to the Office Manager using MS Excel.
  • Assisting with handover documents and customer certifications.
  • Liaising with FCA and certification bodies such as IAA, EPVS, and HIES.

Desirable skills:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in data management and input.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Desired qualifications:

Working week: 35hrs a week.

Salary: £20,000 per annum.
