Production Operative - Halifax - Set Shifts - Immediate Starts

Our client, a successful bespoke furniture manufacturer, is looking to recruit a number of dedicated Production Operatives to join their cabinet furniture production team at their facilities in Halifax on a temporary to permanent basis.

Ideally, you should have previous experience in a similar role. To help you settle in, full training on your role will be provided. Experience working in a production or warehousing environment is advantageous.

What does working as a production operative entail?

The role can be quite repetitive, but it is a fast-paced environment, so we require someone who can remain focused and committed to maintaining high standards.

This job involves:

1. Working on the busy production line
2. Following standard work instructions
3. Working at a fast pace to meet standards
4. Performing quality checks on products

You must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and have a keen eye for detail, even under time constraints.

Working hours for Production Operatives:

• Monday to Friday – no weekends!
• Monday to Thursday – 06:00 - 17:00
• Friday – 06:00 - 12:00
• Overtime available at enhanced rates
