Join Entain as a Retail Customer Service Manager

Are you passionate about sports and customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, you will deliver excellent customer service and uphold high standards daily. You will be part of a team serving customers, encouraging repeat business, and contributing to a winning team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Promote safer gambling practices
  • Take bets on various sports and events
  • Process transactions, including cash handling
  • Demonstrate products and betting terminals
  • Handle customer complaints empathetically
  • Achieve targets and maintain shop standards
  • Open or close the shop as needed

Working patterns:

Availability from Monday to Friday 5pm - 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Rota varies weekly, with shifts including opening, closing, and evening shifts. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rota is provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
