Job description

Description

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is inviting candidates to apply for our Future Cabin Crew programme.

This is an exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s growing network of 90+ operational bases, delivering exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests on more than 3,600 flights every day.

Flying for Ryanair offers many perks, including unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off' roster, and highly competitive salary packages, all supported by world-leading free training.

No prior experience is necessary, as our training courses are designed to equip you with the fundamental skills needed to ensure a safe and top-class inflight experience. After completing training, you will receive your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and be ready to take to the skies.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate early and late shifts, starting as early as 5 am and sometimes returning home late at midnight. If you are not a morning person, consider this before applying. However, if you are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect career for you.

What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?

As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles available, we are opening opportunities for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.

What does this mean?

We will review your completed application, invite you to an online interview, and if successful, add you to a ‘hold pool’ for priority placement on upcoming training courses. We will stay in contact to update you on future courses and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.

To progress your application, you must complete initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for future opportunities.

Requirements
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
  • Height between approximately 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in water.
  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Passion for travelling and meeting new people.
Benefits
  • Free internationally recognized Cabin Crew training course.
  • Uncapped sales bonus.
  • Unlimited highly discounted staff travel.
  • Fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern.
  • The adventure and experience of a lifetime within our Cabin Crew network.
  • Opportunities to explore new cultures and cities during days off.
  • Free uniform in the first year and annual allowance thereafter.
  • Security of working for a financially stable airline.
