About The School:
Our client is a specialist school for children and young people aged 2–19 with a wide range of learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and complex medical needs. The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons tailored to each student’s needs and EHCPs
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff, and families
• Use a range of assessment tools to monitor progress and inform teaching
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and help shape our inclusive ethos

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in working with children with SEN, particularly PMLD, SLD, and complex needs
• A patient, resilient, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching
