Based in Barnet, on great transport links, we at The Hyde are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team and work alongside the manager in the day-to-day running of our lovely Nursery. Working 38 hrs a week, salary is c£33k plus fantastic benefits.

The Hyde Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group, and is based in High Barnet, in the beautiful Iconic Hyde Institute building. Registered for 88 children, our setting is minutes away from green spaces which the Nursery uses regardless of the weather, with access through the nursery to outdoor gardens.

Requirements

• Support all teams within the Nursery, working alongside the Manager.
• Work alongside the manager in the day-to-day operations of the Nursery.
• Ensure all teams provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources appropriate to children’s age and development stages.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
• Lead and support your teams and their training needs to ensure best practice.
• Understand and ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS Curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
• Qualified at Level 3 or above, with at least 4 years of nursery experience and 2 years in a leadership role.
