LCD Showcase Limited, based in Darwen, Lancashire, is a customer-centric, innovative and professional company, delivering technological solutions to multiple sectors. Our product range includes 4K interactive touch screens, 4K video walls, indoor and outdoor interactive digital signage hardware, interactive touchscreen furniture, interactive kiosks, and indoor and outdoor LED. We pride ourselves on being small enough to care about customers while delivering the quality and value expected from major multinational companies.

We require an efficient administrator and communicator to join our small team, managing incoming calls for various clients and handling the administration of the business. You will have excellent organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and proficiency in various computer software programs is essential.

General overview of responsibilities:

  • Daily running of the office
  • Monitor all inbound enquiries
  • Booking jobs for our engineers and scheduling appointments with clients
  • Using our software system package, including job sheets, invoicing, and job scheduler
  • Raising invoices, chasing payments, and keeping our payment system up to date
  • Working with team members on building client relationships which lead to repeat business
  • Negotiating prices when sourcing materials or plant hire
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Answering all incoming calls to the office and meeting & greet visitors

The Person:

  • Previous office experience or experience in a similar role is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exemplary prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for this role
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with working with databases
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Office 365 packages
  • A good recall/memory of ongoing jobs
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks independently

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - No weekends
