Residential Property Solicitor - Greater Manchester

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a well-established law firm in Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national firm looking to strengthen their property team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, extensions, shared ownership, remortgages, repossessions, landlord and tenant issues, equity release, rights of way, and easements.
2. Support the Head of Department and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Requirements:

• 5+ years PQE in residential property law.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
