Clinical Lead (Nursing Home) – Woodbridge

Salary: Up to £52,000 per year (Equivalent to £25 per hour based on a 40-hour week)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable nursing home based in Woodbridge, for a Clinical Lead to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the clinical care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to residents.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans to meet the needs of individual residents.
3. Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and care assistants.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
6. Administer and oversee medication and treatments as per the care plans.
7. Support with audits, risk assessments, and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active NMC pin.
2. Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home or healthcare setting is preferred.
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
5. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
6. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
