A leading law firm in Belfast is seeking a talented Commercial & Technology Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join its dynamic and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work on high-profile transactions and cutting-edge legal matters.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial & Technology team, advising clients on a broad range of matters, including:

• Commercial contracts

• Data protection & privacy

• AI and emerging technologies

• Cyber security

• Intellectual property

This role offers exposure to high-value, complex work with a strong client base, including multinational corporations, technology firms, and household-name brands.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-5 years’ PQE with experience in commercial law

• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills

• Ability to manage client relationships effectively and contribute to business development

• Experience gained in a leading corporate or commercial law firm

• A proactive and collaborative approach with a commercial mindset
