Job Description:

At Inspired Pet Nutrition (IPN), home to trusted brands like Wagg and Harringtons, we're proud of our mission to provide naturally nutritious, quality pet food for all. We're looking for a detail-oriented Production and Raw Materials Planner to help us deliver tail-wagging service and stock availability that keeps our customers - and their pets - happy.

Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire

Full-time | Permanent | On-site

On-call: Every third weekend, 8:30am - 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key part of our logistics team, you'll:

• Turn sales forecasts into efficient production and material plans
• Manage and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and factory capability
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials
• Minimise obsolete stock and communicate any risk areas clearly
• Liaise closely with operations to keep everyone aligned and informed
• Continuously look for ways to improve planning processes and outcomes

What We're Looking For:

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment and bring:

• Experience in production and materials planning, ideally in food or pet nutrition
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Confident communication and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Computer literacy - Excel skills are a must
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems
