Job Description

Netcompany is looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead a portfolio of projects and programmes across our UK Healthcare business. As a Programme Director across our Healthcare business, you will be working on a variety of projects. Ideally based in Leeds, this is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting, innovative, prestigious and forward-thinking technology-enabled organisations in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects within project and program management roles that achieve real business outcomes and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

• History of leading large technology and business change projects from the front with experience of scoping overall project deliverables, as well as timeframes to work within

• Managed system integration projects that span technologies as well as third party suppliers as part of a client’s ecosystem

• An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, program and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivering a portfolio of complex projects within project and program management roles

• Experience in the health sector is essential and broader public sector experience would be desirable.

• Knowledge of Software delivery lifecycle

• Hybrid working model

• Occasional travel

• An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, program and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships

• Financial management of projects in excess of £5M including estimation, cost control and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.

• Contributed to a wider community of professionals providing knowledge sharing, support and mentorship to more junior members of the organisation to improve their effectiveness.
