Job description

Location: Knightsbridge

Fully office based - 09:00 to 17:00

Our client, a delightful investment company based in Knightsbridge, is currently seeking a PA / Office Manager to work in their offices. The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience and some exposure to office management, ideally within a smaller company environment and from a professional services background. This role involves supporting key Partners in a friendly office environment and ensuring the smooth operation of the office, which accommodates 13 staff members. It is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and teamwork. The office environment is respectful, collaborative, and friendly.

This role involves:

  1. Providing PA support to Partners
  2. Extensive diary management
  3. Coordinating travel arrangements
  4. Managing office events such as drinks, summer party, and Christmas party
  5. Preparing reports and generating data
  6. Meeting and greeting clients, hospitality
  7. Supporting projects such as office relocations
  8. Managing suppliers and contracts

Preference will be given to candidates with previous stable PA / OM experience from the professional services or finance sector.
