Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your duties will include providing personal care, assisting residents with mobility, conducting hourly checks during night shifts, facilitating meaningful activities, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

While a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred, it is not essential. We support your professional development through training and career progression opportunities. We seek compassionate individuals with empathy and a genuine desire to care for the elderly.
